Com. Raman, Special CSA, Vadakkipalayam Branch, Coimbatore 

Com.S.Raman, a disciplined and sincere individual, joined in Indian Army in the year 1984. After 17 years of service in in Indian Army he retired in 2001, then he joined Union Bank of india, Valparai branch in March 29, 2006 as an Armed Guard. Later he became promoted as a Head cashier and Special Assistant in Union Bank of India. With a distinguished background as an Indian Army personnel since 1984, he brings a wealth of experience to his role.

During his Army tenure, Com. Raman had the opportunity to work in various locations in india and this exposure has broadened his perspective and honed his skills.

Outside of work, Com. Ramana is a devoted family man. His wife is a home maker Mrs R Radhika and they have two Sons, Mr R.Vishnu Prasad and Mr R.Hari Prasad, both married. 

He got transferred to Negamum branch in 2008 also worked in Coimbatore main branch in 2012-15, in this tenure he promoted as a single window Operator, and then he transferred to melur. In 2016 he got promoted as a Head cashier and transferred to annur branch and 2020 he promoted as a special assistant in peelamedu branch later he transferred to vadakkipalayam branch. During his entire service at our bank, he ensured the security and protection of the branch and Com Raman commitment and patriotism has been an inspiration to his family and many of our staff. His selfless contribution to Indian Army and our nation will forever be remembered.

With sincere and discipline record of 19 years of service in our bank, he is retiring on 30-04-2025.
